Shipment Packaging, Product Packaging & Labeling

We assure you that our products are delivered in plain packaging with only the company name, "Buy Naturally.", and return address on the outside. There is NO mention of the product within in an effort to protect your privacy.

Your Credit Card Statement or PayPal Account

Your credit card statement or PayPal account will simply say "Buy Naturally" with no mention of what product you ordered or what the product is used for.

Third Party Information

Your information will NEVER be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer (e.g, USPS or UPS). We do not retain credit card information in our system, but we do retain your name, address, and phone number to expedite the ordering process in the future as well as to improve customer service (your information helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs much more efficiently). However, as stated above, your information is only available to us and will never be shared in any way, shape, or form.

All information you send through our website is encrypted in a way that makes it very difficult for someone to decode. We also implement several other security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information at all times. Merchant Return Policy

We will gladly replace your product or refund the purchase price of your product if BuyNaturally.com products are lost/damaged or if you return the product (both the product and shipping container must be unopened and unused).

Please note: Refund amount will be issued less the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee.

  • Authorized returns must be returned to our facility within 90 days of purchase date.
  • All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns not authorized will be returned to sender.
  • We are not responsible for lost merchandise upon return. You may want to insure your return. Upon authorized return, you will receive back the original purchase price, less the shipping cost. If the return is not covered by our 90 day guarantee there will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Products

  • *Due to the contagious nature of scabies, BuyNaturally.com is bound by local Gwinnett County Health Deaprtment regulations and can not accept returns or provide refunds for any scabies treating products. No exceptions.

Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. For instance, if a customer buys two of one product, uses both and wants to return both products, the customer will be issued a credit for one product less shipping fees.


If you have purchased the wrong product, you may exchange the unopened container for another item.

Refused Items

If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery, the returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of a cancelation as soon as possible via phone at 678-541-6463 or via email during business hours of 9-6PM EST M-F.

Items that have already shipped but you would like to cancel, should be treated as a return. Request a RMA number to put on outside of package and ship the package back to us once you have received it.

Self or Mis-Diagnosis

We are not responsible for self or mis-diagnosis. There is a 20% restocking charge and shipping cost deduction for these returns if the shipping package has not been opened.
